Living Into Your Creative Potential

Saturday morning 9am-12pm $105

Inspiration is the beginning, the middle, and the end. Agnes Martin

Our creativity is one of the aspects of ourselves that makes us uniquely ourselves. Inspiration is the fuel for sparking creativity and living our fullest and most authentic life. In this hands-on, and art-based workshop, we’ll be exploring what inspiration truly is, and how to cultivate it specifically for your life. Then we’ll be creating a personalized vision/inspiration board to serve as a visual reminder of what inspires you. That way, long after the workshop is over, you’ll be able to continue to access your inspiration sources, and in turn live into the fullness of your creative potential.

Finding Freedom and Authenticity

Saturday morning 9am-12pm $105

We all have something in our lives that we would like to change. This workshop allows for thoughtful reflection on a potential area of change, and time to creatively explore the obstacles, behaviors, or patterns that keep you from reaching a place of freedom. This will provide a safe place to explore these changes and become a potential catalyst for living from a place of more freedom and authenticity. [Please note: this workshop is not meant to substitute for therapy in working through more serious issues, but is a place to begin or further work on making a change.]
