Back in my twenties, I decided to write a life mission statement. Looking back, it was a fairly bold thing to do at that age, but much of what I wrote then is still relevant today. I believe that when we know our core values, what we believe in, and then allow our integrity to guide our decisions, we find our truest self that stays constant from decade to decade. Much of the work I do with women is helping them to identify their core values, and live from a place of integrative authenticity. If you’re looking for your mission in life, then consider inviting me to be a companion guide for the journey. I am available via Telehealth to any California or Tennessee resident.
